I have since learnt a great deal about branch banking and sales, how to motivate and manage people with rattling different backgrounds and positions in the business structure and how to most expeditiously get things done. much importantly, I have learnt the key to achievement is satisfying your customer, whether immanent (e.g. staff) or external. This knowledge is helping me vastly in my bare-ass role in as a Customer relationship Manager at the 13th avenue branch.
